Shipping Information

At NFLEXON, we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, and in ideal condition. All products are packaged in individual boxes, or polybags to protect them during shipment. The individual boxes or polybags are then packaged into a larger shipping box to further protect them during their journey to you. Your satisfaction is our goal, and that starts with getting your order to you on time, and in ideal condition. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

Any order received by NFLEXON prior to 11:00 AM (CST) on the business day the order was received & accepted shall be processed and shipped that day 90% of the time; provided NFLEXON has all the information needed for the order, the ship to address, any special shipping instructions, and the product is in stock in one of our U.S. warehouses. In the case where NFLEXON is unable to process and ship an order on the day it is received, it shall be shipped no later than the close of the next business day.

Unless directed by you, we will use one of the following carriers to deliver your order(s):
• FedEx
• LTL Carriers

We always plan to use the lowest cost, fastest route carrier available at the time.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the number of products, the weight of your products, and your location. NFLEXON will provide you with a shipping cost when you place your order. Your shipping cost will be what we are charged by whichever carrier is used to deliver your order.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock. We will also let you know when the remainder of your order will be shipped. Finally, when the back ordered item(s) become available, we will ship you the rest of your order and send you notification & tracking information.

Order Tracking
NFLEXON will notify you when your order ships, and when it is expected to arrive. Typical ground shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Prior to returning any products, an RMA must be obtained by calling NFLEXON customer service. Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer unless the order shipment was an NFLEXON error.

NFLEXON shall not be liable in any way if order delivery is rendered impossible by strike, fire, flood, terrorist attack, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure of carrier’s equipment, or any other reason where failure to deliver is beyond the reasonable control of and is not caused by the negligence of NFLEXON.
